Prints and small orders
If you change your mind, prints and small orders can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is not damaged. Contact us through the Get in Touch form to arrange a return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or damaged. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 12 business days.
Original paintings
Because each original painting is a one-of-a-kind piece, original paintings are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, see the Damaged or Lost Items section of the Shipping Policy. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
Caring for your artwork
Original acrylic paintings
- Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent fading over time.
- Avoid hanging in high-humidity areas such as bathrooms.
- Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid household cleaners or water on the painted surface.
- Avoid extreme temperature changes, which can cause the canvas to expand and contract.
- If the piece is unframed, handle the edges rather than the painted surface when moving it.
Prints
- Keep out of direct sunlight to preserve colour.
- Frame with UV-protective glass where possible.
- Store flat or upright in a cool, dry place if not displaying immediately.
- Avoid touching the printed surface with bare hands.
