Processing time

Orders are processed within 7 business days before shipping. Each piece is packed carefully to protect it in transit, so please allow for this time before your order leaves us.

Shipping within Australia

Free shipping on all orders within Australia.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. A flat international shipping rate applies at checkout:

• $12 AUD for prints, stickers, and small orders
• $65 AUD for original paintings

Tracking

Every order is shipped with a tracking number, which will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary by destination and courier: 5 to 12 business days within Australia and 10 to 30 business days internationally.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the flat shipping rate.

Damaged or lost items

For prints and small orders, if your item arrives damaged, contact us through the Get in Touch form within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Original paintings are one of a kind and cannot be replaced. Every original painting is insured through Australia Post. If your painting arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging, and we will process a refund once the claim is confirmed with the courier. If a shipment is lost in transit, the same 48 to 72-hour claims process applies once the courier confirms non-delivery.
