anagart.shop is operated by Anastasia Glivinskaya, based in Brisbane, Australia. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

All artwork is created and sold by Anastasia. Prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display colours and details accurately, but slight variation between screen and physical artwork should be expected, particularly with hand-painted originals.

Order acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee sale. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order, for example in the case of a pricing error or stock issue, in which case you will be notified and refunded in full.

Intellectual property

All artwork, images and content on this site remain the intellectual property of Anastasia Glivinskaya. Purchasing a piece transfers ownership of the physical artwork only, not the copyright. Artwork may not be reproduced, copied or used commercially without written permission.

Commissions

Commissions require a 30 percent deposit before work begins. This deposit secures your place in the queue and confirms agreement on the details of the piece, including size, subject and any reference material. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the completed piece is shipped.

Completion times vary depending on the piece and current workload. As a general guide, allow up to 30 business days for completion from the date the deposit is paid and all details are confirmed. If a piece is expected to take longer, you will be notified.

Cancellations are accepted if work has not yet begun, and the 30 percent deposit will be refunded in full. Once work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers materials and time already committed to your piece.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, anagart.shop is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or the purchase of artwork. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
